We are a locally owned insurance broking company in Hastings, who delivers outstanding service built on relationships and expertise.We are a leading insurance broking company with a dedicated team serving clients across Hawke's Bay and around the country.Tasks and Responsibilities:Client Communication:Assist in communicating with clients to gather necessary information for policy renewals, endorsements, claims processing, and other related inquiries.Address client queries and provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.Policy Administration:Support brokers in preparing and processing insurance policies.Support brokers in preparing re-marketing of accounts.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.Claims Assistance:Assist in the claims process by liaising between clients and insurance companies.Collect and organise information required for claims submissions.Follow up on claims status and provide updates to clients.New Policy Placement:Liaise with insurers and clients to gather and present information.Prepare new policy documentation.Qualifications & Experience:Good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook.Basic understanding of Insurance Products and Services, Certificate in Financial Services General Insurance (Level 5) and/or Relevant Work Experience preferred, but not essential.
