The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance and Infringement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will handle both insurance claims processing and infringement notice administration.
About Us
Hireace and Bargain Rentals is a well-established, New Zealand owned and operated business with fourteen branches nationwide from Auckland to Christchurch. Hireace specializes in commercial vehicle and trailer hire, Bargain Rentals in car hire.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and process insurance claims across various policy types
Review and administer infringement notices and fines
Communicate with customers regarding claim status and infringement details
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:

2+ years experience in insurance claims or infringement processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Proficiency with database and office software
Knowledge of insurance policies and/or infringement procedures preferred
Don't mind having difficult conversations
