In this role, you will handle both insurance claims processing and infringement notice administration.About UsHireace and Bargain Rentals is a well-established, New Zealand owned and operated business with fourteen branches nationwide from Auckland to Christchurch. Hireace specializes in commercial vehicle and trailer hire, Bargain Rentals in car hire.Key Responsibilities:Analyse and process insurance claims across various policy typesReview and administer infringement notices and finesCommunicate with customers regarding claim status and infringement detailsEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsMaintain accurate records and documentationLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as neededRequirements:2+ years experience in insurance claims or infringement processingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAttention to detail and high degree of accuracyProficiency with database and office softwareKnowledge of insurance policies and/or infringement procedures preferredDon't mind having difficult conversationsWe Offer:Opportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive team environmentNo two days are the sameIf you have a passion for customer service and enjoy detailed administrative work, we want to hear from you.
