You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, handling scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the scheduling of solar installations, collaborating closely with Quality Assurance, Procurement, Sales, Installation teams, and customers.Manage the customer journey from DG approval through to post-installation.Arrange accommodation and travel for installers, as necessary.Complete all documentation, including certificates of compliance and closing out job files.Track and report on installation completion rates.Communicate proactively with customers, ensuring they're informed at each stage.Finalise the customer experience with follow-up emails, calls, and Google review requests.Offer constructive feedback to management, sales, and installation teams to foster continuous improvement.Promote the Lightforce brand and values through best-practice customer service.Support a safe and compliant work environment by upholding health and safety standards.Strive to meet KPIs, including booking customer installations within five days of DG approval.Complete any additional tasks required to support business operations.What You'll BringRelevant tertiary qualificationPrevious experience in the solar or similar industry, with a focus on scheduling, for at least one yearRelevant experience in administration and customer serviceProficiency in relevant software toolsStrong organizational skills, accountability, and ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyProblem-solving and adaptability, with a creative approach to challengesAttention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlinesSelf-awareness, dedication to personal growth, and eagerness to learnWhy Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing company making a tangible impact on New Zealand's sustainable future.Work with a supportive, high-energy team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Enjoy a role that values creativity, collaboration, and customer-centered service.
