At the heart of our business, everything we do must be 'Good enough for mum and dad.'What will you do?We are seeking a motivated Insights Business Partner to join our Data and Analytics team on a 12 month fixed term basis. In this role you will be providing advanced reporting and analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency across our business. This role will support our business objectives by enabling data-informed strategies and fostering continuous improvement within our Support Services function.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Translate complex technical, analytical, and numerical data into simple, clear, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-makingCollaborate closely with management and key stakeholders to prioritise business needs and information requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Develop and implement robust data collection systems and strategies that enhance statistical accuracy, data quality, and overall value for the organisationUtilise a range of reporting tools and techniques to analyse data, create comprehensive reports, and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiencesGather data from various internal and external sources, storing it within an analytics environment for streamlined reportingWhat's in it for you?If you are the sort of person who loves working with a team of people who work to a clear purpose, you'll love this role!
