Te Whiwhinga mahi?| The opportunity As an Infringement Adjudicator you will provide effective and efficient infringement administration and support through the provision of expert knowledge and technical advice, and professional customer service. Responsible for reviewing incoming customer correspondence relating to the infringement process, you will investigate and make decisions in line with current guidelines and legislation and input, amend and update systems (Pathway & CRM applications) regarding the outcomes. Utilising your excellent customer service and relationship management skills you will professionally respond and resolve customer queries, provide specialist parking advice and negotiate payment agreements with customers for infringements, within the prescribed guidelines and limits of authority, building relationships of trust and respect along the way. You'll need to learn and remain up to date and familiar with consolidated procedures, bylaws, traffic / parking legislation and any restrictions within the city and ensure these are in line with current guidelines and legislation. Ko?koe?tenei?| About you With a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, ideally in customer services or parking, you will have excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to use good judgement and make sound decisions.
