You'll manage key stakeholders, third-party providers, and ensure the seamless delivery of top-tier services.Team Empowerment: Lead a dedicated 24x7 team of network, infrastructure, and DevOps engineers, fostering a high-performance culture that thrives on collaboration and excellence.Continuous Improvement: Establish and implement strategies for continuous process improvements, ensuring that FSNI remains at the cutting edge of technology and service delivery.Financial Stewardship: Maintain tight control over departmental budgets, seeking out opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the value of our technology services.Project Management: Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum impact.About You:You'll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job, constantly curious and have excellent relationship building skills.
