As part of our collaborative Corporate Records Services team, you'll play a key role managing information at the University in an efficient, compliant way.You'll join a passionate team, committed to constantly improving the experiences of our students and staff.

The aim is to shift information management from an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) on premise to a cloud-based number of solutions.
This move will make managing information for users much easier and efficient.To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience in tertiary education institutions where they have taken the leap to manage information in a more user-friendly way, making compliance effortless and efficient.Our ideal candidate will have / be:Experience with EDRMS systems and SharePoint, including designing structures and templates for information sites.Knowledge of the Public Records Act 2005 and its application in information management.Strong communication skills, able to engage users at all levels and simplify complex concepts.Skilled in preparing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Calm under pressure, balancing competing demands with a positive, professional approach.If you don't have experience in all of these areas, don't worry — our supportive team can provide the training to help you grow your skillset.This is a Dunedin based, full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.You will be joining a team of three and become part of a much larger, ITS team where you can develop friendships and professional relations to improve your experience as a University of Otago team member.The University is a flexible employer with the possibility of some work from home once familiar with the role.The appointment range is Band E $112,470 to $129,879 per annum.You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position.Application/TonoTo submit your application (including CV and cover letter), please click the apply button.
