Do you have a strong background in people management, contract negotiations, and financial oversight?ALH are proud to have partnered with Cleanways to recruit for a talented Industrial Service Manager to lead their dynamic business unit, delivering key services across water delivery, waste disposal, hydrovac, septic tanks, portaloo, and parks & recreation.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & People Management: Oversee and develop a skilled team, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a strong HR function.Asset & Contracts Management: Ensure effective management of assets and service contracts, driving efficiency and service quality.Commercial & Financial Oversight: Utilize your commercial mindset to negotiate with clients, interpret financial reports, create budgets, and manage the P&L for your business unit.Business Development: Be a key player in quoting, presenting, and developing business growth opportunities, expanding our service offerings in the region.Operational Excellence: Drive performance across services such as waste disposal, hydrovac, septic tanks, and water delivery, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.Key Skills & Experience:Experience in Transport, Industrial, and/or Waste Management industries.Strong people management and HR operational experience.Solid understanding of asset management and contract oversight.Commercially focused with a proven ability to negotiate with clients.Ability to interpret financial reports and manage budgets effectively.Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Previous experience in quoting, presenting, and business development.Other Benefits:Tools of Trade Vehicle providedCompetitive Salary packageBased in Invercargill, starting in the new year 2025.Why Join?This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth in a critical business unit.
