About the roleWe are currently looking for an Industrial Property Manager who shall look into managing leased and owned properties in Australia and New Zealand.
This role is a full time 12-month fixed term role.

The successful candidate could be based in either our Paramatta office or Christchurch office.
What you'll be doing Work as part of the DGL Group property and facilities management team to plan and coordinate all programmed and reactive repairs or improvements, oversee maintenance and building compliance contracts Review and negotiate new leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease assignments, sub-leasing, sale and purchase contracts, demolition and construction contracts Manage projects for various asset management initiatives Conduct and/or organize due diligence investigations and site inspections and prepare associated reporting Develop budgets, and conduct expense reviews and reconciliation activities Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety regulations Prepare Capex requests for approvalUndertake financial analysis Review and approve invoices.
About you Here are the skills and attributes you'll need to be considered for the role.
3-5 years' experience in a similar role Diploma or Degree level qualification in a related field such as property management or construction Ability to manage competing priorities to deliver outcomesAttention to detail Property or facilities management experience with a strong focus on managing industrial assets, logistic and/or warehousing assets Knowledge of facilities management operations, industry best practice, building codes, and relevant legislative requirements for Australia and New Zealand Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management, relationship development skills and negotiation skills Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and general knowledge of property management software Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements.Highly regarded but not essential Industrial property development experience.
Knowledge of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG) and/or Dangerous Goods Storage & Handling Regulations.
