Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Petone. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial painting and the ability to perform prep work. This full-time role involves painting heavy machinery, plant equipment, and containers to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, masking, priming, and top-coat application.
- Conduct prep work, including sanding, cleaning, and taping.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of painting equipment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques.
- Proficient in using spray guns, sanders, and other painting equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
