Key Responsibilities:
 
• Prepare Authentic Indian Cuisine: Cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, naans.
• Maintain Quality and Consistency: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Menu Development: Assist in planning and developing new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and inventory management.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage ingredient orders, and reduce waste by optimizing ingredient usage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, managing kitchen workflow and ensuring smooth coordination during service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Adapt dishes based on customer feedback and preferences, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality.
 
Requirements:
 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preparing Indian cuisine, with expertise in traditional cooking methods.
• Strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.
 
Working Hours: Minimum of 32 to 35 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on business needs.
