Day to day you will be:Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queriesUpdating customer details and using multiple databases and systemsEscalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistanceBeing an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the businessEliminating stress and providing certainty for customers during the call The hours and location: Day-time shifts are rostered Monday – Sunday, 40 hours per week between 7am and 7pm. Full flexibility to work different shift patterns is required in this position. Graveyard shifts are from 11pm – 7am. Part-time available, we are happy to consider you for this role if you can work a minimum of 4+ shifts per week. The offices are conveniently located in Penrose, walking distance to the Penrose train station.
