The Implementation Advisor position plays a key role in providing timely and accurate responses to enquiries received via email and phone. This role works closely alongside subject matter experts across the organisation to prepare responses to enquiries from health professionals, members of the public, and advocacy groups.
The Implementation Advisor also supports our Implementation team by contributing to the delivery of implementation projects and activities.
Based in our Implementation Team, this role reports directly to the Team Leader, Implementation. The Implementation Team plays an important role in promoting the responsible, optimal, and equitable use of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
This role is Pharmac band 6, with a range of $77,165 - $104,399 total remuneration (inclusive of 3% KiwiSaver Employer contribution). The appointment salary is between $77,165 and the midpoint of band 6; $90,782 and is subject to the preferred candidate's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

Our ideal candidate would bring:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
Self-driven and able to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time
A strong understanding of the Aotearoa New Zealand health system and Pharmac's role
A pharmacy or pharmacy technician qualification is desirable, but not essential
