Ict & Telecom Support Specialist

? Setting up and maintaining the structure of databases and their components? Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure and ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment across all platforms? Install and configure telecommunications devices and systems (Routers, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls).? Provide network support, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and timely resolutions.? Provide technical support, troubleshooting and training assistance to staff.? Implementing security measures to protect data and make sure backups are done regularly to prevent data loss.? Solve any issues that may occur within the database to keep it running efficiently.? Manage IT infrastructure including PC's, Laptops, Email Server, Printers, and CCTV systems? Maintain an inventory of network tools, communication equipment and spare parts to ensure all systems are up-to-date, secure, and operating efficiently.? Oversee the overall health and security of the database system.? Prepare reports on database status and ensure all practices meet health and safety standards.? Job Requirements:? Must have 3 years of work experience in a similar role or have relevant Diploma qualification.? Excellent in time management, planning and organizational skills? Excellent Communication skills? Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms? Applicant must have a clean background with no criminal record?
