We have an opportunity for a skilled ICT support professional who actively pursues quality service delivery and personal career growth.
Key tasks Manage an assigned set of customers to maximise site stability. Rectify computer hardware, software, and configuration faults on customer premises and in the workshop. Assist with technology install projects Communicate at all levels within our diverse customer base Skills and experience Relevant IT Tertiary Qualifications or at least 2 years IT experience and an understanding across computer hardware (PC's, laptops and peripherals). Good base knowledge in windows, M365 or cloud environments Excellent customer service skills, friendly and professional. Autonomous, resourceful, and innovative but know when to escalate issues. Enjoy a challenge, work well under pressure. Advantageous - certifications on hardware repairs for common brands of equipment (especially HP, Dell, Lenovo and ATMs). Employment criteria you must have: A current and clean New Zealand Drivers Licence Assess to a reliable motor vehicle A clean Ministry of Justice check And be a New Zealand citizen/resident based in New Zealand.
