We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead our technical projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, particularly in the IT and software development sectors, with a strong ability to coordinate across teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
· Develop detailed project plans and ensure their successful execution.
· Communicate project expectations and updates to stakeholders clearly and in a timely manner.
· Lead the project team, delegate tasks, and ensure effective collaboration.
· Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Ensure quality control and project success from initiation to completion.
· Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
· Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager, preferably in software development or digital services.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
· MBA or advanced studies in project management are advantageous.
