What you'll do: Provide efficient and friendly ICT support.
Assist with network connectivity, printing, Microsoft 365 support, and general troubleshooting.
Provide onsite support when required.
Communicate effectively with a varied group of stakeholders.
Work in a team to provide technical services across the business.
Expand your knowledge and develop your skills in a range of technologies.
What you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an ICT related discipline.
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and other apps.
Experience in installing, operating, and maintaining a wide range of computer applications on Windows and Apple devices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with comfortability communicating at all levels.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability.
