Te Haeata / The Opportunity: We are a forward-thinking Digital team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Change Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in assisting our transition from an Oracle SOA implementation to a modern API Management system using Azure APIM.
You will be a key resource during transition working with all our stakeholders and providing guidance in communication, process, and training for our team, operational support, and third parties. You will work closely with the Project Manager providing guidance on communication, productionisation plans, and impacts to stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a robust and secure API ecosystem. Other roles you will interact with include Business Analysts, Testers, and our Vendor, to ensure that effective and efficient communications, training, and acceptance of change are required to business stakeholders with confidence in the delivered solution.

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on people-related change to form the delivery model and change approach. Drive the Change Management Plan. Accountable for the change strategy, impact, process, and support. Driving alignment and clarity. Planning and coordinating change activities. Defining the transformation journey. Risk identification. Work closely with Technical Delivery Leads and Test Leads providing support. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain a long-term focus on product quality. Benefit management realization in supporting the project and proving value to stakeholders, minimizing resistance. Guide transition working with business services and third parties aligning expectations and timings. Achieve desired outcomes ensuring process changes are aligned with the business and work as it follows through to the new team. Qualifications: Formal Change Management Qualifications (highly advantageous). Varied Change Management Engagements across multiple organizations. Strong understanding of Change Management frameworks & methodologies. Ability to develop and implement effective change strategies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in providing training and support during periods of organizational change. 5+ years of proven experience in Change Management roles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Experience working in Agile frameworks using ADO. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Utu a-tau / Salary: The appointing salary for this role will be between $103,226 and $144,034 based on skills and experience.
