We are seeking a skilled Change Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in assisting our transition from an Oracle SOA implementation to a modern API Management system using Azure APIM.
You will be a key resource during transition working with all our stakeholders and providing guidance in communication, process, and training for our team, operational support and third parties.You will work closely with the Project Manager providing guidance on communication, productionisation plans and impacts to stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a robust and secure API ecosystem.
Other roles you will interact with include Business Analysts, and Testers, and our Vendor, to ensure that effective and efficient communications, training, and acceptance of change as its required to business stakeholders with confidence in the delivered solution.
O pukenga/Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will be able to communicate effectively, have good attention to detail, the ability to learn rapidly and be focussed on delivering high quality outcomes to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on people related change to form the delivery model and change approach.Drive the Change Management Plan.Accountable for the change strategy, impact, process, and support.Driving alignment and clarity.Planning and coordinating change activities.Defining the transformation journey.Risk identification.Works closely with Technical Delivery Leads and Test Leads providing support.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain a long-term focus on product quality.Benefit management realisation in supporting the project and proving value to stakeholders, minimising resilience.Guiding transition working with business services and third parties aligning expectations and timings.Achieving desired outcomes ensuring process changes are aligned with the business and work as it follows through to the new team.Qualifications:Formal Change Management Qualifications (highly advantageous).Varied Change Management Engagements across multiple organisations.Strong Understanding of Change Management frameworks & methodologies.Ability to develop and implement effective change strategies.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in providing training and support during periods of organisational change.You will also have:5+ years of proven experience in Change Management roles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.Experience working in Agile frameworks using ADO.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
