The Part-time (30 hours per week) Regional Office Assistant is a critical part of our team, responsible for running the Auckland office; ensuring it's a collaborative, fun vibrant working space, providing and ensuring the icebreaker culture and spirit is alive and enhanced.
This role is responsible for:
Administrative support to our leaders
Maintain the Auckland office to ensure a positive and productive work environment for the team
Coordinate and project manage icebreaker events and other assigned projects and tasks to ensure they are successful.
Be involved in Auckland office Safety Shepherds to ensure we provide a safe and healthy working environment for the team.
Processing of invoices
General daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
Support with ad-hoc reporting requirements for wholesale and retail team
Who you are:
Experience working closely with and supporting management.
Experience with office management
The complete ins and outs of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working in a high pace, high change environment, busy, busy, busy
Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
