The Role: We are looking for a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at our Hype DC Manukau Store! Hype DC is an Iconic Australian brand, with a collection of specially curated premium, limited and exclusive sneakers. As a business leader at Hype DC having a consumer obsessed mentality is key. Your role will be to mentor and coach a team of passionate sneakerheads to deliver on our brand mission every day. Our store leaders are accountable for leading and driving a team to deliver on sales & KPIs by providing memorable experiences and best in class service to our consumers Along with your passion and hunger to succeed, this senior store leadership role will set you up to take on that dream area/multi-site role. Operational excellence
Oversee daily operations of inventory management.
Attention to detail with back of house standards.
Work alongside Stock manager and stock assistants to maximise inventory intergity.
Loss prevention compliance and commitment to excellence.
Inventory management on product and potential branding partners.
Closely manage wage costs to weekly wage targets.
Empowered to recruit and onboard talent.
