About the opportunity
As the Hybrid Sales Representative you will play a key role in promoting a reputable and market leading portfolio to GPs, Specialists and associated Healthcare professionals across your territory. You will develop strong relationships, respond to customer queries, develop, and execute robust territory business plans and achieve sales targets. There are growth plans for the team aligned to upcoming product launches, with the role expanding to include hospital account management responsibilities in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted customersDevelop and maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products, competitors, and market developments in the relevant disease state areaDevelop detailed territory business plans, based on territory analysis to meet objectives within the geographical areaDevelop KOLsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions within a timely mannerDevelop solid relationships with account & District Health board stakeholders Skills and Experience Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business or related disciplineProven Sales experience, preferably in PharmaceuticalsSuperior territory & account planning capabilitiesProven experience navigating District Health BoardsProven ability to develop KOLsSolid commercial & business acumenCollaborative & team player work stylePassion to 'do better & be better'Agile & flexibleMotivation to drive positive patient outcomes How to Apply
