We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join a trusted team delivering standout HVAC solutions across New Zealand.

About the Role
Based in Cromwell, you'll take charge of commercial HVAC projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the team to ensure smooth delivery.
From planning to final handover, you'll be hands-on, keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to standard.

What You'll Be Doing Oversee all aspects of delivery—from scheduling and planning to completion.Handle labour, subcontractors, and equipment while staying on top of budgets and financial claims.Run site meetings, perform quality checks, and make sure health and safety standards are met.What You'll BringAt least 2 years' experience managing HVAC or construction projects, ideally in a Project Manager or Site Manager role.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage relationships with clients and teams.A proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to spec.Solid knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements.You must already be based in New Zealand to be considered.What's in it for you?
