They have an impressive staff retention record, they know what will fit their culture, a cohesive team that gels with clear and common goals articulated throughout.An opening has opened up for a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Queenstown office and be a key driver for delivery for a Queenstown project.This role has an opportunity to move into a construction manager role once bedded down in systems and understanding working environment,The role will see you working closely with project teams ensuring people are being supported. You will be actively ensuring project performance and profitability evaluating any issues on programme with regular communication with onsite PM's. You will be across all key relationships including with the client, external PM's and consultants. Working with the commercial manager you will be proactively monitoring commercial and contractual issues providing any onsite feedback.
