The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our passionate and collaborative People team. As a critical member of our team, you will build strong partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to our rapidly expanding global technology business unit.
Reporting to the People Success Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide advice and apply critical thinking to opportunities impacting human resource disciplines for our teams. Day-to-day you will support general human resources functions for your business unit, including:
Employment
Compliance
Talent acquisition
Performance
Development and learning
Benefits administration
Mobility
Leave management
Terminations

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute on a range of HR activities such as performance management, compensation, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally.
Ensure standard HR support is provided to foundational activities for the teams you support.
Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Coach managers to enable team effectiveness and leadership alignment within your remit.
Support culture and talent outcomes in collaboration with the People Success Lead.
Foster a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role within a global setting.
Applicable experience in a hands-on HR generalist role; previous HR management experience would be advantageous.
Sound working knowledge across HR disciplines such as compensation, ER, diversity, performance management, and employment law in a global setting.
Exceptional professionalism, stakeholder management abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Effective analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation with a strong customer service focus.
Strong global and cultural awareness and a commitment to upholding ethical practices in all your actions.
