Human Resources Generalist

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join the Council team in Kaikoura.
This is a versatile role, and no two days are the same. You will be a skilled HR professional that can provide HR administration as well as intermediate level advice and support to leaders and employees. As part of this role, you will be the go-to health, safety and wellbeing administrator and the in-house payroll liaison.
For this role you will have at least 3 years experience as a HR generalist and formal HR or business management qualification.

This is a permanent full-time role; however, part time hours and flexible working arrangements are negotiable for the right candidate.
