As we support a wide range of industries, with great diversity in what services we offer, every day is different with a TON of variety and LOTS of challenges!About the RoleOur HR Business Partners manage their own portfolio of clients and are the 'face' of Core HR within our client's businesses, acting as a point of contact for all people matters.
You will actively embed the Core HR framework into client businesses, providing all day-to-day support to the client and being an active participant in their Management Team.You will run your own workstream, generally with the support of a Recruiter, HR/Payroll Advisor & HR Administrator to deliver services across their client portfolio.
As part of this, you will help to develop your team to enhance their skills and take the next step in their careers.While there is an existing client portfolio, you will also pick up additional consultancy clients and will support the Director with securing new client opportunities.
Each client has its own defined annual HR plan, and you will assist in coordinating these activities as well as provide day-to-day support.
The scope of what you may do will include:Create HR StrategiesManage Annual ActivitiesEmployee Engagement SurveysAnnual ReviewsRemunerations ReviewsRoll out Policy Release ProjectsManage any IR / ER mattersCoordinate with our Recruitment PartnersProvide coaching to Leadership TeamsRespond to any HR / employment queriesBe a Culture AdvocateSupport Ad Hoc HR Projects, such as:Position Profiling and Competency FrameworksRecruitment StrategiesLeadership CoachingRestructuresWhile in operation for 6 years now, we still consider ourselves much like a start-up environment meaning being hands-on to manage the diversity of tasks (and also be willing step outside the typical "HR" box).About YouYou will be a team-player, enthusiastic and a strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
You will be SUPER organised to balance the various priorities across your client portfolio.You will be hands-on and willing to do what needs to be done, no matter how difficult (or monotonous) it may be.
You will be pretty tech savvy, comfortable with learning and operating a number of different systems (we love new systems and tools!)
and a high attention to detail.You will have experience in management of HR, ideally with five years practical HR experience.
