As an expert in your field, you will support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted advisor to many during their time of need. You will feel a deep satisfaction knowing your expert knowledge will change the shape of numerous small businesses every day.What does your day look like?You will be providing timely advice in response to client concerns, providing options and recommendations. This is done through phone, email and chat channels. You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business. Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance. You're a perfect fit if you have:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations. Strong working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other related legislation. Demonstrated prior experience managing employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person. Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes, so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
