Qualifications for Human Resource Administration: Candidates must have prior experience in an HR function to support senior management.
Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources.
Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.
High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
