Ravensdown is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. Qualifications for Human Resource Administration:

Candidates must have prior experience in an HR function to support senior management.

Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources.

Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.

High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.

Responsibilities for Human Resource Administration:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and screening resumes.

Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support.

Lead quality generalist processes, including recruitment, performance, and remuneration management.

Proactively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
