Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeThe OpportunityAs HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Business Managers across the country. You'll be involved in a wide range of HR tasks, with a focus on Employment Relations and Talent Acquisition. From navigating New Zealand employment legislation to managing the paperwork that keeps the company running smoothly, your expertise will ensure processes are top-notch.The businessRapidly growing New Zealand-based company, well-known in their area of expertise. Their growth is a testament to their commitment.The RoleSupport managers with performance management, conflict resolution, and mediation processes.Lead and facilitate workplace investigations and make recommendations for corrective actions.Maintain strong relationships with employees and unions (if applicable), ensuring open lines of communication.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Coordinate pre-employment checks and contracts.Enhance the candidate experience through efficient and positive hiring processes.Your Profile3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employment relations and talent acquisition.Knowledge of New Zealand employment law and HR best practices.Proven track record in resolving employee relations issues and managing recruitment cycles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in handling complex employment issues.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.Strong ethical standards, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a supportive work culture.Hold full, unrestricted working rights to New Zealand.For further information, contact either Julie Paalvast at 021 220 9987 or email Julie at ******, or Louis Bentley at 022 426 9569.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?What specific experience do you have in Employment Relations?
