At Crowne Plaza Auckland, we are looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
Your day-to-day: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you'll effectively advise on all aspects of the people agenda in true generalist capacity.
Partner with HOD's to manage our frontline roles of recruitment Conduct new starter orientation/on-boarding Be the first point of contact for staff inquiries Assist with Payroll processes Provide advice and coaching to leaders in conjunction with the HR Director on hotel policy, performance management, and employment relations matters Maintain employee records Assist with HR Reporting on key metrics Work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to influence and manage a safe and engaging working culture.
