We are seeking an experienced HR practitioner to partner with our Infrastructure & Assets Group .
What will I be part of ?
This role will give you the opportunity to work strategically with a very diverse range of stakeholders within the Infr a structure & Assets Group .
You will support leaders to steer the ship as the group enter s the next phase of improvements including playing a key part in the implementation of their culture change initiative .
Having a strategic view across the wider area and being able to navigate the political landscape is really important in this role .
Our operating model is maturing, ultimately enabling the HR Service Delivery team to use systems and data to support the strategic goals of the wider organisation , this is something you will bring experience in .
What does a day in this job look like ?
Partner with leaders and provide specialised advanced HR expertise and coaching support, being the HR point of contact for employees and leaders for the groups supported.
Develop, implement, and support all people programmes and initiatives, contributing to the delivery of organisational strategies and the People, Safety and Wellness strategy.
Provide specialist advice, coaching and practical support to support managers to maintain HR practices and people systems.
Manage complex and difficult HR tasks or projects as required .
For this role , we are seeking : A tertiary qualification in HR or related degree or equivalent workplace experience.
Minimum of 6-8 years plus experience in a relevant role(s).
Thorough understanding of wide range of Human Resource principles and practices.
Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills.
Excellent influencing skills, able to encourage others.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to communicate openly and with a wide audience.
Political awareness and skill in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
Proven success at building relationships and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with unions and their representatives.

Wh a t's the salary ?
Circa $116,338 depend ent on skills and experience.
