Job Description About the role We are looking for a H&S HR Coordinator to join the team at our Auckland site.
The competitive remuneration package will be based on your experience and qualifications.
As the site H&S HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:  Leading and engaging the team in the HSW strategyProviding sound advice on H&S and HR matters on sitePreparing and assisting with site audits – A&V, ACC, Safe+, Social ResponsibilityManagement of ACC – Injury ManagementConducting investigations on events across siteFull HR Life Cycle – Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement & Rewards, Disciplinary procedures, Offboarding & exit Qualifications For this role, you'll need:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to self-manage and use initiativeSound H&S HR Knowledge (full life cycle)Proven working experience in a similar roleA positive influential attitude with the ability to see and bring out the best in peoplePrevious experience in ICAM, JSA's, Risk Assessments  Additional Information With Talley's, you get:  Training providedGreat working conditionsGenerous staff discounts and perksAnnual salary reviews as well as opportunities for performance-based payJob security and stability - we continue to operate all year round About Talley's Talley's is a multi-division, international company that's proudly New Zealand owned and operated, bringing the best New Zealand seafood, mussels, vegetables, and ice cream products locally and to the world.
