We are currently seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist, on a fixed term basis, to join a dedicated project team, leading the implementation of our HR information systems, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Mo te tunga | About the role: HRIS & Payroll Implementation: Guide the implementation of a tailored HRIS and payroll system.Expert Advice: Provide insights on payroll solutions and best practices.Data Management: Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security during migration.Workflow Development: Lead automated and manual process creation for efficiency and compliance.Resource Oversight: Support daily resource allocation and project milestone completion.Documentation: Write project documents and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.Efficiency Assurance: Ensure cost-effective project delivery processes.Project Planning: Work with the Project Manager on timelines, resources, and costs.Stakeholder Relations: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.Governance Participation: Contribute to project governance groups.Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate skill transfer to HR and Payroll teams post-project.To kete | What you will bring to the role: Experience managing scope, cost, time, and quality in complex projects.Sound knowledge of HRIS related legislation and compliance requirements i.e. The Holidays Act etc.Proven experience in managing and leading the implementation of HRIS solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.Nga ahuatanga kei a matou| What's in it for you?
