Te tima | The team: You will be joining a dedicated project team, who are tasked with ensuring the success of New Zealand Parliaments new HRIS. Join the New Zealand Parliament as we embark on an exciting journey to transform our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll services. We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in this transformation, ensuring that our systems meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders. This is a fixed term role until October 2025.
Mo te tunga | About the role: Elicit and document business requirements for solution analysis and process improvements. Conduct problem analysis and define success criteria for project benefits realisation. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs. Develop process and other documentation through collaboration with stakeholders. Develop documentation and training materials, ensuring collaboration and thorough testing. The salary for this role is up to $120,000 per annum. This is fixed term role until October 2025.
To kete | What you will bring to the role: Proven experience in iChris implementation with strong understanding of HRIS legislation and compliance. Skilled in managing daily operations, meeting milestones, and ensuring data integrity during system transitions. Experienced in developing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Excellent written and oral communication abilities; adept at relationship management and group facilitation. Committed to maintaining confidentiality while effectively engaging with stakeholders.
