What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaThe role, in collaboration with stakeholders across the People Experience (PX) and IT Divisions and under the guidance of the PX Systems & Insights Manager, will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting the new Workday HRIS. This is a fixed term contract until March 2025.Work on the configuration, implementation and support of the Workday platform and configure Business Process definitions as necessary to meet business requirements.Support the maintenance of the Workday platform as technical expert applying best practices.Perform Workday administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.Ensure system configuration and business processes are in alignment with security governance and frameworks to ensure privacy and confidentiality is maintained.Collaborate with Workdays' implementation partner, internal teams, key system users/super users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for system development and enhancements.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of job aids, training guides and process documentation.As required provide super user training to ensure users can effectively utilise the Workday system and new enhancements.
