Hr Systems Officer

The Role will consist of:Being the lead officer for HR software systems, including CORE HR, managing people, absence, and training modules.Promote and champion the use of CORE HR across the organisation through targeted interventions and training.Oversee CORE HR system enhancements, rollouts, and improvements in collaboration with HR, OD, and Digital Services.Coordinate system testing, configuration, and communication of upgrades and changes to users.Provide systems administration, user support, and troubleshooting for HR and OD elements of CORE HR.Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, automating processes and developing holistic solutions.Generate, audit, and manage reports and dashboards to support statutory requirements and HR analytics.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize system processes and ensure seamless integration.The PersonAs the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:Essential:An HND or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Computer science or IT systems related subject.OR 2 'A' Levels or equivalent will be accepted along with three years relevant experience as outlined below.At least one* years relevant work experience in each of the following:Assisting with the management and maintenance of a HR database and software system within a HR functionAnalysing complex information and producing high level HR reportsManaging a project relevant to computerised information system(s)Training and supporting users of a computerised systemDesirable:Experience assisting with the management of an integrated HR, Payroll and time and attendance system.Experience of CORE HRExperience of using business intelligence software such as Power Bi or TableauAn spreadsheet qualificationWhat's in it for you?:Generous annual leaveHybrid workingA competitive salaryThe opportunity to work for a fantastic organisation at the forefront of public sector
