HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator 3 month temporary assignment South Auckland About the Role: Opportunity to join a community driven not for profit organisation – the heart of which supports people (tangata/tangata whaiora) of all ethnicities with an intellectual impairment and/or a mental health conditions.
The purpose of this role will be to deliver and coordinate the HR administrative systems and recruitment processes, along with HR operational needs.
You will be responsible for maintaining efficient HR functions, ensuring compliance with labour agreements, and attracting / onboarding top talent.
This role will also have you be a liaison between employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with organisational objectives.
About You: To be successful in this variety packed role, you will ideally bring an equally varied skill-set in order to hit the ground running.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in a unionised or large organisation.
Good knowledge of HRIS and other HR systems.
Familiarity with individual employment agreements (IEAs) and collective agreements.
Proven experience in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
