Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Ideal Start Date: Starting ASAP Location: Close to the Airport | Wiri Salary: Up to $80,000 per annum Working Hours: Flexible start and finish times – 40 hours a week We are working with a company in the motor vehicle industry who believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. They have a diverse team of 71 employees thriving in a spacious open office where flexibility is a core value. Role Overview: As a HR/ Payroll Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including: HR Administration - Drafting offer letters, contract variations, and managing HR documentation. Timesheet Management - Overseeing our outsourced payroll system (Data Com), verifying timesheets, and coordinating with department managers on overtime. Training Coordination - Managing bookings for external training and compliance courses, and monitoring medical assessments due every two years. Recruitment Support - Assisting with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job ads, and managing onboarding for new starters. Reporting - Supporting the HR Manager with monthly reports. Employee Well-being Initiatives - Contributing to recognition awards and wellness programs. Who are they looking for? You will have proven experience working in either HR administration or coordination roles, ideally with some understanding of employment legislation. Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail. A quick learner who is motivated and open to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
