About the opportunity
We have an exciting new leadership role in the People & Culture team at T&G Global. Our 'People Direct' team provide frontline HR and Recruitment support to our 2,000 people located in 13 countries. Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, this is a newly created role to make your own.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and develop a team of five HR and Recruitment Advisors
Manage salaried recruitment from request to recruit to offer acceptance
Ensure workload and priorities are effectively managed across People Direct
Contribute to generalist HR and OD projects and initiatives
Key contact for HR and Recruitment tech / vendors

About you
Team leadership - you have a proven track record developing engaged, high-performing teams and managing workflows
Expertise in talent acquisition - confident recruiting graduate to senior leadership level roles across all business units using best-practice sourcing techniques
Experience in generalist HR - providing advice on employment legislation and policies, employee documentation, and HR project work
Genuine love for all things HR and Recruitment - you create exceptional candidate and employee experiences
Versatile, energetic, multi-tasker - we're a fast-paced organisation with high-volume seasonal peaks (we hire 1000+ people per year), so you'll need to be able to juggle all the apples at once!
