Our 'People Direct' team provides frontline HR and Recruitment support to our 2,000 people located in 13 countries.
Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, this is a newly created role to make your own.Key responsibilities include: Lead and develop a team of five HR and Recruitment Advisors Manage salaried recruitment from request to recruit to offer acceptance Ensure workload and priorities are effectively managed across People Direct Contribute to generalist HR and OD projects and initiatives Key contact for HR and Recruitment tech/vendorsThe world of horticulture is vibrant and dynamic, and you'll enjoy the variety of supporting T&G's people in both operational and corporate roles.We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment with a mix of work-from-home and onsite at our Global Hub in Ellerslie with free onsite parking.
