HR, Office & Compliance Assistant – Pak'NSave Highland Park
We're excited to announce that Pak'nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can't wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!
We're currently seeking a HR, Office & Compliance Assistant to join the team. If you're a recent HR graduate or experienced supermarket employee with a passion for HR, this is the role for you!
The Role:
Coordinate and deliver HR and Compliance support for the store in conjunction with the HR Manager and Compliance Manager.
Build relationships with department managers and individual employees.
Support the development of store culture and implementation of new HR initiatives.
Ensure appropriate procedures for recruiting staff is followed utilizing reference checking, succession planning and advertising strategies.
Store orientation and induction processes.

What we're looking for:
HR related qualification or degree is desirable.
Good understanding of FMCG and supermarkets.
Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with the wider team.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Keen to learn and grow in the HR and compliance field.
