Use your Administration experience in our warm, welcoming Centre environment. Enjoy dress-up days and make genuine connections with your teammates, tamariki, and whanau. Your role will be a mix of Administration (30 hours) and light housekeeping (7.5 hours) encompassing laundry and ordering/putting away supplies for the Centre.
Typical areas of focus for your Admin day-to-day would include: Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
General admin support to the Centre Manager
Ensuring that every child's attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded
Entering staff hours into our payroll system
Following processes and maintaining the filing system
Banking/invoicing may be included

What we are looking for in you: Administration or Reception experience (Childcare Centre experience preferred but not necessary)
Confident computer skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to build and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with all our tamariki, whanau and staff
Great organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-centric approach
