This key Human Resources position plays an important part in the operation, reporting to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities: Facilitating talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, recruitment and retention alongside managers. Assisting with disciplinary and performance management processes. HR systems & processes maintenance. Implementing learning and development solutions to build people management capability. Developing and managing Employment contracts, HR policies, and Inductions. Coordinate and manage employee files, training records, and performance development. Does this sound like you? At least 4 years strong generalist HR experience. Knowledge of employment legislations. Exposure to dealing with disciplinary matters & performance management.
