You will be working closely with the CEO and peers on the SLT, identifying opportunities, mitigating risk, and setting the landscape for best practice HR. This is a hands-on role, where you will work in the weeds while strategizing in the creative blue sky. Nothing is too big nor too small for you. This role will be the consummate trusted advisor.This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time, with hours being accommodated to allow for a harmonious balance. It's an onsite role, however, presence is imperative.
