The Role:
Due to internal growth, we are now looking for our next HR leader, this role is the glue of our national operations.
With an unwavering focus on people, culture, operations, wellbeing and safety, this opportunity beckons a steadfast HR professional. This pivotal role allows you to leverage your expertise within a forward-thinking framework, furthering our commitment to our Core Values .
As an experienced coach, mentor and leader across both strategic and operational delivery, you will leverage your expert communication skills, pride yourself on building strong internal and external relationships as well as having your finger on the pulse of operations. You will be passionate about driving a positive culture, building effective team performance and engagement. You will also contribute to our social media narrative, bridging the virtual and the tangible at Evolution.
Key Responsibilities :
Be a strategic leader
Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries
Lead with expertise with HR advice and guidance to people leaders.
Coordinate recruitment activities for all roles within our New Zealand operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in all relevant systems.
Collaborate, partner and support our People leaders with all HR related matters.
Be our marketing/communications/social media guru for the NZ business
Review and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Assist with training deliverables.
Coach and mentor our team
Coordination, editing and publishing of weekly content to our social media sites
Collaborate with our team for develop new and innovative ways to engage with our target audiences.
Regular scanning of media to stay across market and competitor activity

Key Skills & Attributes:
Proven work experience as an HR individual
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding goals
Highly organized, motivated with good time management skills
Advanced communication skills with the ability to build working relationships
Results focused
You will have:
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR and/or proven HR experience
A sound understanding of legislative requirements surrounding Employment Relations, Health and Safety, Employment, codes of practice, and industry standards is essential
Passion for improving workplace safety, marketing, social media and industry trends
