Hr Manager – Contract

Join this global leader in their field, on a 4 month contract to cover while they recruit their permanent HR Manager.
You'll report to the CPO and be responsible for about 400 staff in NZ made up of both blue and white collar staff. You'll be across the full remit of generalist activities keeping things ticking over during that period.
There are a number of projects currently in process including a change to the remuneration framework and the implementation of a new system so there will be HR activities to roll out in relation to those projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will be coaching and guiding managers across the full spectrum of HR activities. You'll be accustomed to working at both a strategic and operational level. You'll have solid ER skills and will be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuff done. You'll have experience working in a blue collar environment.
This role has an immediate start.
