You will thrive in a busy multidisciplinary HR and use your strengths in coordination, customer service and using technology to its full potential to deliver your mahi to a high standard.
In this role, you'll be the key administrator for a wide range of HR, L&D and OD tasks, with a particular focus on employee onboarding, induction, training programs, and overall employee development. You'll ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitate learning opportunities and be the Learning Management System (LMS) superuser providing support to end-users and ensuring the overall functionality of the platform.

Your prior experience in HR or L&D combined with your exceptional communication skills and continuous improvement mindset will ensure you add value and innovate our ways of working. You'll be proficient in MS Office Suite and other HR software, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
You will also be/have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline (desirable)
The hunger to keep pushing for better, with the quick wit to get a hold of the lay of the land
A knack for learning and understanding computer systems to be able to utilise them to their full potential
An understanding of current employment legislation and its application.
The ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels.
A keen eye for detail, with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
A committed team player who can build strong relationships and work independently.
